Refunds and cancellation
Simple rules: monthly plans, no lock-in, cancel any time.
Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. You can stop using it or ask us to delete your account at any time.
Cancelling a paid plan
Monthly plans have no lock-in. Tell us on WhatsApp (+91-7678310831) or at contact@clinicly.site at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, then moves to the Free plan, and you will not be charged again. Your patient records stay available on the Free plan.
Refunds
- Payments are for a month of service in advance, so we do not refund part-used months.
- If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the full amount.
- If Clinicly was unavailable for more than 3 days in a row in a paid month because of a fault on our side, we refund that month on request.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Growth plans
Work done in a month (for example Google posts, website changes and ad management) is not refundable once delivered. If you cancel in the middle of website setup, we hand over everything completed so far. Ad spend paid to Meta or Google is controlled by those platforms and cannot be refunded by us.
Founding offer
The founding discount applies to the first 3 months for the first 10 clinics and is not exchangeable for cash.
How to ask
Write to contact@clinicly.site or WhatsApp +91-7678310831 with your clinic name and the payment date. We reply within 2 working days.
